Concrete Slabs

The system for the lightening of concrete bidirectional slabs

Concrete Slabs is a modular formwork made of recycled polypropylene (PP) designed to lighten reinforced concrete slabs poured on-site.

The concept is the creation of a bidirectional slab that can be used for the realization of huge size floors with a reduced thickness; the plastic lightening permits the obtainment of a structure composed of a lattice of eight-sided beams enclosed between an upper flat sheet and a lower one without any cast of new concrete.

In this way the creation of flat intrados, large spans, bidirectional and capable of bearing huge loads slabs, is possible. This can happen thanks to the weight reduction and the reduction of concrete consumption valuable up to the 25%.

Beams and pulvines can be placed within the slab section (thickness elements) in order to realize wide slabs with an high architectural flexibility and without structure obligations.

Concrete Slabs system, is created with recycled materials, it’s easy and fast to place in the construction site and sustains all the structure.
