Large Columns Construction

A plastic formwork for large columns is a clever and eco-friendly solution to realize quickly and easily the supporting structures. It is a real different choice in comparison with the traditional wood panels.

Concrete Forms Systems offers two types of products suitable for this aim: Wall Panel and Corner Panel. They are used in combination to create large columns. Both systems are made of a plastic technopolymer and they work very well together as they share the same module.

Characteristics in common of both the products are: lightness (each panel weighs just 11 kg), modularity (that allows to build columns and walls with a wide range of dimensions), fast installation (even by a single not-specialized person), reusability (the panels can be used several times), easy to clean (just with water to remove concrete) and to storage.

The standard Concrete Forms Systems fixing handle makes the on-site installation extremely intuitive and safe.

With Wall Panel and Corner Panel it is possible to build large columns or walls with different high and thickness, as well as structures with corner configuration or with T-intersection shape.

As the panels are made of plastic, the concrete finish is smooth and uniform, ensuring high quality of the manufacture.
