Building Elliptical Columns

Among the wide range of its products, Concrete Forms Systems offers also the first plastic formwork for elliptic columns.

This solution is the result of the combination of two products: Wall Panel and Round Columns.

Most of Concrete Forms Systems formwork panels share the same module so that different systems are compatible with one another. Wall Panel and the Round Columns circular column formwork work together very efficiently to produce elliptic columns.

This is a very useful tool for the production of elliptic columns in multi-storey carparks, much appreciated for their slender looks and the better maneuvering space given to vehicles, but it can be used also in the residential, industrial or services sectors.

Round Columns has the same characteristic of the other Concrete Forms Systems products: it is eco-friendly as it is made of recyclable plastic. In comparison with the traditional wood panels, it is lighter, easier to dismantle without using releasing agents, easier to handle, to store and to clean. It is very fast to install and, if properly maintained, it can be re-used more than 100 times.

Thanks to its modularity it is possible to build elliptic and round columns with different heights and diameters, satisfying every planning and construction needs.

Moreover, the circular columns that result from the use of Round Columns have a smooth surface, are aesthetically pleasing and ready to be finished just with a coat of paint.
