Reusable Formwork Lightweight Slabs

Concrete Forms Systems pursues a policy of care for the environment and proposes light, modular, and reusable formwork for slabs, in recycled material that does respect the nature. In a correct economic evaluation, the elements which have an higher importance are those that are not needed by the structure. Concrete Forms Systems has solved this problem removing all the useless elements that are both a structural and economical weight.

There are two solutions: MONO-DIRECTIONAL slabs, using Sky Slab. It allows the building of a mono-directional slab that is an alternative to the classic brick/cemented one removing the brick elements. The system can be recovered and allows the formwork’s reuse reducing the costs; On the other hand, the BI-DIRECTIONAL solution, can be used to obtain large spans and a great architectonical finishing.

To do this, Concrete Forms Systems suggests Sky Dome. Here the reusable formwork for slabs creates a panelled ceiling provided with orthogonal beams and an upper base. This system can be used for various solutions from the parkings to the showroom
